Please support the Drosophila community by voting in the Fly Board election. All members of the fly community are invited to vote for representatives on the Fly Board, including a new President Elect and regional representatives for the Southeast, Great Lakes, Midwest, Heartland, and Canada. Elected members of the Fly Board serve an essential function for our community, helping to oversee our resources, organizing the Annual Drosophila Research Conference, and advocating for the community with funding agencies and the public. To engage more candidates and offer the community more choice, the elections committee has decided on a new election format this year, using rank-choice voting with instant run-offs. The voting deadline has been extended to January 15, 2021.
