Update to orthology calls from OrthoDB

We have updated our implementation of orthology data from OrthoDB, following the responses to our recent survey on this subject. OrthoDB-derived orthologs are still shown within the 'Orthologs' section of a Gene Report, but these are now retrieved via a live API call rather than being directly integrated within the FlyBase database. One advantage of this approach is that our OrthoDB data will always reflect the current OrthoDB release. On the other hand, the new implementation does mean that OrthoDB data have been removed from JBrowse, precomputed files, GFF files and the Homologs tab of QuickSearch. As previously, the OrthoDB data shown on Gene Reports comprise D. melanogaster orthologs in other metazoa, including other Drosophila species and related insects, but excludes orthologs from humans and model organisms as these are retrieved separately in FlyBase via our DIOPT pipeline.
